24 Hour Supported Accommodation

CORE COST
The core cost is a charge which encompasses the 24 hour staff who attend to duties seven days per week which are listed on the document Core Cost Charges these duties listed are not exhaustive under the Core Cost Tab.

ADDITIONAL ONE TO ONE SUPPORT AND PERSONAL CARE
These charges are assessed individually through our person-centred approach. We use the Recovery Star Model. This is in relation to any personal care needed on a one to one basis and any one to one support needed out in the community these duties are listed but not exhaustive under the additional one to one Tab..

PERSONAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE LANDLORD
These are costs which must be paid weekly directly to the landlord M W Properties through the tenant’s personal contributions. The tenant’s income support and benefits must be maximised once in supported living. Some of the benefits which will be claimed could be PIPs, Pension Credits, DLA etc., we have access to a welfare rights officer.

RENT FOR THE PROPERTY TO THE LANDLORD
These are claimed locally through Housing Benefits and provided you meet the criteria this is paid directly to the landlord M W Properties..
